On-Air Performance
A brief collection of highlights from my 5 month term working as an on-air host for Evolution 107.9.
This role required me to authentically engage with our audience using my storytelling skills, vocal performance, and creative thinking. I also gained experience in time management, organization, and live mixing using a radio control board.
Podcast Production
Throughout my time at BCIT, I produced multiple podcasts surrounding a wide variety of subjects, including music, pet care, environmentalism, social issues, and more! I was responsible for all production elements, including research, writing, interviews, voiceover, and editing.

Video Production
Short Films:
Vote for Noah
This piece is a recreation of a few scenes from one of my favorite movies, Napoleon Dynamite. While a majority of the dialogue was not written by me, I shot, directed, and edited, the entire video.
Sleepless Nights
From everything from storyboarding, to final editing, this short film was produced entirely by me. I wrote, directed, filmed, edited, and published this work, and it is one of my favorite projects to date.
Both of these projects required me to utilize my skills in communication, creative thinking, problem solving, direction, and, of course, video editing.
Video Community Calendar:
Featured here is a series of short-form vertical videos I produced for the Evolution Video Network. Each video highlighted a different attraction, business, or event found on the lower mainland. I was responsible for the research, writing, filming, voiceover, and editing of each video, and utilized my skills in design, time management, directing, and more throughout the process.
This Thing On? Productions:
For my second-year practicum at BCIT, I produced content for This Thing On? An upcoming standup comedy and podcast production studio based in Vancouver. A large portion of my work was creating promotional social media content. Over the course of 5 weeks, my teammates and I produced enough videos to be scheduled and posted 3 times per week for an entire year, as well as assisted in hosting 2 live comedy shows, editing and publishing a full length comedy taping, and designing the companies website.
This is a selection of some of my favourite shorts I produced. As an editor, I was responsible for selecting funny, clippable moments to catch audience attention and promote This Thing On? As a brand. I then edited the clips to fit a vertical format, cut out irrelevant moments, and added captions according to a company style guide for accessibility, as well as SEO.
This experience required high levels of creativity, attention to detail, communication, time management, and teamwork. It also helped me improve in video editing, project organization, sound mixing, and social media marketing.
Debut Comedy Taping:
I was an editor, production assistant, photographer, and set dresser for This Thing On? Productions’ debut standup comedy taping in December of 2025. I assisted in the editing and publishing of each set using multicam editing, designing graphics, and audio mixing. You can watch the first of 12 sets to be published here:
Written Storytelling
I have published a large number of articles to Evolution107.9’s website. For each piece I conducted research, collected relevant links and images to embed for readability, SEO, and visual style, wrote, and edited the full article. Not only did these articles build upon my research, writing, and storytelling skills, they also required me to familiarize myself with posting to WordPress hosted sites, and ensuring all attached media is both functional and visually appealing.

Event Photography – Red Gate Arts Society
Despite having no technical training, I have had a huge passion for photography since I was in highschool. I have a particular interest in concert photography, as it combines 2 of my favourite things: visual art and music! These photos were taken at a local concert I attended to interview 2 of the artists performing. I then edited them using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and released them on my social media accounts, as well as sent them back to the artists to post where they see fit.

Event Photography – This Thing On? Productions
A new skill I’ve been developing is taking photos at live events such as comedy shows. This is an entirely different experience, as the low lighting requires specific camera settings and editing techniques to be used, but I am continuing to improve after each show. These photos have been used to promote This Thing On? Productions, as well as the individual comedians featured in them.

Event photography has helped me build upon my skills in visual composition, camera handling, photo editing, and overall confidence to feel comfortable taking initiative in performance spaces.
